Each wet area will have a ceiling mounted extractor fan controlled through the light switch and shall have a run-on timer, make up air will be provided through the undercut door - Kitchen extract will be provided through the extract hood which will be an integral part of the kitchen fit out.
Drainage
MUPVC pipework will take all wastewater from local discharge points to below ground drainage all to be concealed as required.
