Situated just a short walk from the extremely popular Shoreham Beach this house couldn't be better located. Shoreham Beach is a wonderful post-war built area with some superb history including Shoreham Fort built in 1857 and a wonderful film history too. It became the home to the early British film production with the first commercial movie filmed here in 1912.

Shoreham beach is a quiet and peaceful part of Shoreham but within a short walk to everything Shoreham Town Centre has to offer just across the bridge. It is a wonderful community place with different events happening all the time including the popular Saturday pop up market in town.

For commuters this is a great place to be too with easy access onto the A27/A23 road network allowing you to get anywhere with ease. Trains are also really convenient with direct links into Brighton taking just 20 minutes and London around an hour.

For families the schools are also outstanding with Shoreham Beach Primary School within easy reach. We are also very lucky here in Shoreham to have the fantastic Shoreham Academy secondary school which is highly regarded across Sussex and rated Outstanding by Ofsted.
