Through the two rear doors to an open, covered area and a private, fenced wooden deck. A gate leads to a lower, open deck, a jetty to the river. The side deck overlooks the River Thames for the full length of the house.

The house also enjoys a large area of lake foreshore on the adjacent Mill Lake with fishing rights, ideal for swimming and picnics.
