The aptly named Villa Ventana, which is the Spanish word for window, has been designed with floor-to-ceiling windows in each room, ensuring lots of light and that the stunning vistas are never interrupted.

Stylish in its simplicity, Villa Ventana has high ceilings and sleek lines resulting in a thoroughly modern feel. The interior layout has been thoughtfully designed to offer each of the three bedrooms a separate entrance and feeling of privacy. On the ground level and adjacent to the kitchen/living area is the first bedroom. A further two bedrooms can be reached via an alfresco staircase. Each bedroom is of equal size and has an en-suite bathroom with sleek marble countertops, a shower and walk-in wardrobe. From each bedroom, floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors lead out to a private terrace where the gentle breezes and sound of the waves lapping can be enjoyed.

Furnishings have been intentionally kept to a minimum and do nothing to detract from the natural beauty of the surrounding trees and the beach views. A well-equipped and functional kitchen forms the focal point of the living area.

The beach at Trunk Bay is an extension of the villas gardens. Trunk Bay Beach has been untouched by recent development and boasts one of the island’s largest leatherback turtle breeding grounds. A private pathway commences at Villa Ventana and leads down through the trees to the beach. There is no house in this estate with closer or easier beach access.

Completed in 2014, Villa Ventana has an automatic back up generator and internet coverage in every room.

Ownership at Trunk Bay comes with the privileges of a carefully managed estate. All utilities are underground and lot sizes are large so the hillside will never be overcrowded.
