Water rates are included and a free internet connection is provided. Tenants are responsible for setting up and paying for the electricity (liable from 1st July).

RENTS:

Standard 3 bed - £110per person per week

Large 3 bed - £115per person per week

Duplex 3 bed - £120per person per week


PAYMENT OPTIONS:

If you can provide a UK based guarantor, you can pay the rent in four instalments as follows.

1st July 2024 - 12 weeks of rent payable with 8 weeks discounted by 50% for non-occupancy (equivalent to 8 weeks of rent)

October 2024 - 16 weeks of rent payable

January 2025 - 16 weeks of rent payable

May 2025 - 8 weeks of rent payable

If you are unable to provide a UK based guarantor, then the rent must be paid in two instalments as follows

Upon reservation - 25% of the annual rent payable

1st June 2024 - 50% of the annual rent payable

1st September 2024 (or on arrival whichever is sooner) - 25% of the annual rent payable
