Don't forget that you can also check availability for viewings online via a visit to our website... We purchased this house as we loved the open plan kitchen, dining and family area which lead out to the garden via Bi-fold doors. It’s a great cooking, eating, homework, TV watching family space. I loved the fact that there’s no shortage of kitchen cupboards too!

Having a 2nd ensuite and main family bathroom on the second floor means both kids are happy and no arguments over who’s taking too long in the shower. Good sized double bedrooms are a great bonus and the master bedroom, dressing area and ensuite adds a little bit of luxury for us grownups.

I must confess we spent more on extras for the house. We went with Oak Doors throughout, Brushed Chrome sockets and switches, Hammond Wardrobes in the master suite, Wine Fridge, upgraded Cooker Hood, Black glass Splash Back, induction hob, Amtico herringbone flooring in the kitchen and upgraded underlay and carpets, also wooden floors in 2 bedrooms. We also upgraded some tiles and added Villeroy and Boch vanity units in all bathrooms, Alarm system with fobs (so no one forgets the code) and a personal door to the garage. I could go on but you’d get fed up of reading. As the house is only a year old you get the benefit of 9 years warranty and a new house with fabulous extras paying less than the builder wants for a standard house. Oh and not to forget the electric car charging point.
