Charming finca with two houses and sea and mountain views, located in Los Reales, Estepona, Andalusia, Costa del Sol.

These two houses are located on a rustic plot that is practically flat, and due to its high location, it has good views of the sea and is only 10 minutes by car from the beach and local amenities.
When we arrived at the property, we found two different access doors through which this country property is accessed, and we arrived at the car park.

There are two one floor villas distributed as follows:

In the first house, we have access through a covered terrace with wooden beams, and we have a living-dining room with a fireplace, an open American-style kitchen furnished with all kinds of appliances and a separate door with access to the garden, three large bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and two bathrooms. This house has beautiful mountain views.

In the second house, we have access through a beautiful covered porch from where you can enjoy beautiful views of the mountains and the sea, a living-dining room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with all electrical appliances, two large bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and a fully equipped bathroom.

This plot is located in the area known as Los Reales, set on a 1,935m2 plot that is relatively flat and is completely fenced; access to the finca is via a paved road; it has a lovely mature garden with different types of flowers, orchard area, swimming pool with barbecue area, electricity and water from the village.
