The ground floor accommodation briefly comprises a hall with cloakroom, a sitting room with open fire and bay window, dining room, family room with wood panelling and feature fireplace which has access to the study and garden room. The garden room enjoys views over the mature rear garden and leads out to the paved terrace. The modern kitchen/breakfast room is well equipped with a central island, large larder cupboard, integral double oven and five ring gas hob. It also benefits from vaulted ceilings with Velux windows, providing a light open space. A useful utility room also provides space for a tumble dryer and plumbing for a washing machine. The principal bedroom offers an attractive outlook over the garden and benefits from an en-suite shower room and a range of built-in wardrobes. The former garage has been subdivided which has provided both a useful storage space with ‘up and over’ door, power and light, and a separate room currently used as a home gym.

The property is set in a generous plot with gated access to the rear garden on both sides. To the front the gravel driveway provides parking for several vehicles and a mature hedge provides privacy from the road. The mature gardens extend to the side and rear of the property, the latter being mainly laid to lawn but with a range of well-stocked borders, mature shrubs and trees and a paved terrace which provides ample space for entertaining and is perfect for al fresco dining.
