In the most picturesque part of a charming seaside village lies a house that looks like something out of a dream. Surrounded by the sea breeze and the charm of the castle and the old church, this residence stands as a haven of serenity and comfort.


Upon entering, one is greeted by a sense of spaciousness and brightness that defines every corner.
From the foyer we pass to a living room used as a dining room and social space with family and friends.
The living room and dining room, fluidly connected, form the cozy heart of the house. A generous and comfortable sofa invites you to relax by the fireplace, while a solid wood dining table is the perfect setting for enjoying meals in good company.
In addition, we have access to the separate kitchen, a culinary inspiration corner, with all the necessary appliances and a direct access to the roof terrace, for sunny days that invite you to spend the whole day outside enjoying the wonderful views.
For convenience, there is a double bedroom on the same level, plus a full bathroom with a spacious shower with only a few steps.
Again from the living room, we access the upper floor, where there is only one large bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, with a timeless design, being able to see and hear the church bells from the bathtub.
The bathrooms, authentic architectural jewels, are true temples of relaxation. Clad in softly colored tiles, they offer spacious showers and exquisite bathtubs.
But the highlight of this house is its rooftop terrace, a true elevated paradise. From this privileged enclave, the views are simply breathtaking. The horizon is tinged with golden hues at sunset, and the glow of the stars illuminates the summer nights. It is a place where dreams intertwine with the landscape, and where the heart finds its maximum expression of serenity.
