Bathroom (7’5 x 5’0) panelled bath with tiled surround and electric shower over, WC, pedestal hand wash basin, and heated towel rail.

Bedroom 2 (9’7 x 6’3) with wooden flooring, built-in cupboard, Mezzanine storage area, and electric panel heater.

Bedroom 3 (9’7 x 7’8) with wooden flooring, built-in cupboard, and electric panel heater.

Conservatory (10’2 x 7’7) fully glazed.

Each cabin owns the freehold of the cabin footprint and is a shareholder in a company that owns the remainder of the site. Each cabin pays an annual maintenance fee to the company for the maintenance of the site. The maintenance fee is currently £700 per annum.
