Riverside View is located in a rural area of South Staffordshire approximately 1.3 miles from the thriving historic market town of Penkridge, which has a good selection of local amenities including supermarkets, independent shops, cafes, bars, restaurants and a local market every Wednesday and Saturday. The larger centres of Telford, Wolverhampton and Stafford are within easy reach and offer a wider range of services and leisure facilities.

Cannock Chase, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty is under five miles away and provides a remarkable habitat for wildlife as well as a variety of picturesque walks, bridleways, paths and trails.
