Directions

From Farnham take the A31 eastbound towards Guildford and exit at the Runfold junction. Cross over the dual carriageway and at the T-junction turn right towards The Sands. After about 100m bear left into Crooksbury Road (just before Barfields School). Proceed around the S-bend and turn left into Sands Road, signposted Farnham Golf Club. Follow this road into the centre of the village and turn right into Botany Hill. The property can be found along on the left hand side.
