If you need a house with many rooms, and when I say many rooms that's exactly what I mean, and good size rooms too, I'm not talking pokey little squeeze you in rooms. This is a house that can accommodate a large family, without feeling on top of one another!

So, I still get surprised from time to time when I'm asked to go out and do a write-up on a house, especially when I'm told it could be a seven bedroom semi on the periphery of Ewloe / Hawarden. Why would I be surprised I hear you ask?? Because when it's priced at offers over £275,000, your mind conjures up all kinds of images as to what the interior will be like.....and these photos don't lie, it's utterly fantastic!

Pulling up into the quiet Cul-de-Sac where No.7 sits, with brick pillars either side of the driveway that welcome you into this family home, I'm excited to go in. Wrought iron gates separate the front and the back driveway. At the rear sits a rather lovely looking detached garage, whether it's used for parking cars in, or the more common use as a storage facility, is your choice.

The front door is ever so slightly sheltered from the elements, offering some protection whilst trying to get inside. Opening this door we enter into a decent sized hallway which is kept nice and bright thanks to the large glass panels either side of it. A handy storage cupboard is on our immediate left and at the far end of the hall lies the lounge.

This is how a lounge should be, spacious, high ceilings with deep cornices and it's bright in here, curtesy of the front facing large window. There's an ornate gas fireplace which not only looks the part but offers a romantic element on a cold winters night, unless the kids are there, and it will help keep them nice and toasty. The house does come with gas central heating too - so don't worry, you won't need to rely on the fireplace.

A sliding door, yup a genius space saving device, reveals a room which what you call this room, is up to you (obviously). But I'll give it two names, playroom or bedroom five. It's a great space with a massive radiator to keep you warm, no matter what use you find in here. The window looks directly out into the Hot Tub-Room....but more of that as we work our way around.

Another door from the lounge opens into the inner hallway, so if you look at the floor plan, I'll work my way from left to right.

Walk past the lovely turned staircase and the first door we come to is the kitchen / breakfast room.

This room is worthy to be called this as there is a breakfast bar at the end of the worksurfaces, with space for stools to sit down and eat, chat and drink. The kitchen has been beautifully finished and offers a great deal of storage cupboards and worksurfaces. A large window not only keeps it nice and bright in here but provides views over the side aspect. A frosted door opens to give you access to the rear garden and garage.

From the kitchen the next door we come to in the inner hall is the very handy downstairs cloakroom. Obviously it comes with the usual suspects that you'd expect to find in here, all nice and modern in their white finish, part tiled walls for easy cleaning, storage cupboards and to finish it off, a frosted window to allow light in and keep prying eye out.

Moving around the hall we come to the next room, as I said this home is versatile and so what you call these rooms, is just down to what your requirements are. Let's call it a bedroom 7 or a Gym, as it currently is. This is a double bedroom if required and offers peaceful views over the rear garden while working out.

The next room or bedroom 6 is currently being used as the dining room, which can easily accommodate a large six seat table and chairs. This room has patio doors which open into the spacious conservatory.

A typical large conservatory, offering ample space for sofas and other free standing furniture. From here you can sit and admire your generous rear garden and when you get bored of that, open up another door to reveal your Hot Tub room.

Finished off like a log cabin this is a fabulous room, provided you like a Jacuzzi? If you don't, then remove it and turn it into Sauna, pool room or sunbed station...its uses are limitless! If you like having friends over and indulging in Hot Tub parties, then this is the room for you.

Back to the hallway up the turned staircase to the first (and only) floor. A nice bright landing, kept light thanks to the large window at the head of the stairs. Walking from left to right, the first door we enter is bedroom three.

Again another double bedroom, we'll call this bedroom three. This one comes with a raised stage platform, thanks to the young lady who grew up with aspirations of being on the West End stage. A huge window offers views and lets light in and if you're performing on the stage could provide and audience too...if unwanted, then my I suggest close the curtains!

Moving clockwise, we come to the family bathroom. This is a very large room, as I said, this house is like a Tardis, it just keeps on giving. There's a large corner bath, a pedestal wash hand basin, toilet and even a curved glass shower cubicle, offering the best of both worlds. It has a wood effect floor and a large frosted glass window to keep it nice and bright. Spectacular sized room for this house, it really is.

Next is the smallest of the bedrooms, No.3 bedroom. I say smallest but it's still a pretty good large single room, I'm sure if needed to could squeeze a double in. A big window offers view out over the neighbourhood.

The final rooms we come to are the main bedroom and the dressing room. The dressing room could very easily be turned into bedroom No.4 if you needed it, but it really does fit in perfectly for its current role, as a lovely dressing room. It does come with floor to ceiling fitted wardrobes and a large window which shows your beauty as you get dressed in here every day.

The main bedroom again is a good sized double, offering plenty of space for a large bed, and bedside tables and dressing table. A plug socket high on the wall means you can wall mount your massive TV and hide the cables.

Stepping outside reveals a large enclosed garden. There are two secluded patio areas and a larger area of grass. It could do with some professional landscaping and a green finger touch, to really make this something special.....but then again, who cares about the garden, I'm living in the Hot Tub room.

All in all this is the Tardis of all homes, priced to sell, with versatile accommodation, it just keeps on offering up room after room, you could make it a 4/5/6 even 7 bedroom home or four beds upstairs and four reception rooms down and there's a conservatory, and let's not forget the Hot Tub room, a cloakroom, lovely kitchen / breakfast room, generous garden and a detached garage.....and then check out the price and pinch yourself.....you certainly aren't dreaming, this is real!
