Casa Cuore is a very "sympathetic" restoration. Classic old stone, pointed the old way, dominates the exterior of the house. At around 180 sqm, Casa Cuore is just the right size to not lose the intimacy you crave in a Marche farmhouse. The ground floor has an open plan with an unpretentious, rustic feel. There's the living room with fireplace and a country kitchen and dining room. Also on this floor is a sizeable cantina area. This could be left to that very noble end-use, or, it could be converted to a bedroom suite at some future point. Upstairs, Casa Cuore has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. One of the bedrooms is an ensuite with a very large, comfortable bathroom. There are old beams, terracotta tiles, exposed stone walls and other rustic touches throughout the house.

The adjacent cottage is a terrific bonus. It has one bedroom, a bathroom and a large living room with a wood-burner. It, too, has old tiles and beams. Note that the cottage could easily be made self-catering given that the plumbing for a kitchen is already predisposed. With the cottage, the property has 3 bedrooms, total. With a cantina conversion or a slight reduction in the size of the cottage sitting room, Casa Cuore could go to 4 or 5 bedrooms.

The views from Casa Cuore are truly fantastic. From your pool you can see the peak of the highest mountain in central Italy, the Gran Sasso.
