Ref. MS1046 - This very successful family run business is offered to the market due to the owner’s ill health. It has been built up over a number of years and there are opportunities to extend it further if desired. Although it is in a small village it has a good reputation and friendly atmosphere with clientele from the surrounding villages and towns as well as the business community. Across the courtyard is another building which has 8 bedrooms with balconies, 4 on the ground and 4 on first floor. Again some family rooms are available and some rooms have interconnecting doors. Breakfast is available to all hotel guests for a small charge. There is reasonable occupancy throughout the year and the summer period is fully booked.

In addition there are two houses, one with 3 bedrooms as well as living/ dining area and kitchen. which is currently used by staff. It has a small private garden and terrace. There is also a poly tunnel where olive trees are being cultivated. The other house, which can be accessed from the main building, is in the process of renovation to provide additional accommodation. It has been stripped and the services are in place. Both are of traditional landaise construction in stone with wooden beams.

The land extends to just over a hectare and is bounded by ditches and the road. There is a central s-shaped swimming pool with steps down into it. There is ample space to install a larger swimming pool for guests.
