They are of different sizes including some family rooms. All have desks, tv and internet access. Across the courtyard is another building which has 8 bedrooms with balconies, 4 on the ground and 4 on first floor. Again some family rooms are available and some rooms have interconnecting doors. Breakfast is available to all hotel guests for a small charge. There is reasonable occupancy throughout the year and the summer period is fully booked.

In addition there are two houses, one with 3 bedrooms as well as living/ dining area and kitchen. which is currently used by staff. It has a small private garden and terrace. There is also a poly tunnel where olive trees are being cultivated. The other house, which can be accessed from the main building, is in the process of renovation to provide additional accommodation. It has been stripped and the services are in place. Both are of traditional landaise construction in stone with wooden beams.

The land extends to just over a hectare and is bounded by ditches and the road. There is a central s-shaped swimming pool with steps down into it. There is ample space to install a larger swimming pool for guests.

All in all a unique opportunity to run a thriving business where the current staff are willing to ease the transition.
