This service offers tenants a mailbox service for post, registered office address for Companies House, discounted meeting rooms and discounted day rates for hot desks.

- Hot Desk/Pod Rental from £150 per month*
This service offers tenants unlimited 24/7 access to the building and use of the desks/pods. Desks can be assigned for regular monthly users. Wi-Fi/data is included and complimentary refreshments as well as the services included on the virtual office service option.

The building was purpose built in 2019 to help and support growing SME's (small to medium sized enterprises) therefore, we're only able to welcome businesses who meet the following criteria:
An SME is a company which employs fewer than 250 persons (full time equivalent) and has a turnover of less than 50 million Euros and/or has an annual balance sheet of less than 43 million Euros. No more than 25% of the company's capital or voting rights may be held by a parent company which is not itself and an SME.

The above costs are inclusive of service charge, utilities and data/Wi-Fi. We've purposely implemented this to give our tenants peace of mind with one all-inclusive cost. The building also offers the following features/services:
