The fully fenced and private garden plot, spanning almost 1600 m2, includes a good-sized swimming pool to cool off and work on your suntan. The pool room has a shower and toilet, and there is also an outdoor shower by the pool. The lovely garden has plenty of trees, bushes, and flowers.
