We are delighted to offer this fully refurbished resale two-bedroom apartment. The property is perfectly situated within easy access of our lovely on-site facilities including the restaurant, hair salon, beauty room, bowling green and landscaped gardens.

The apartments entrance hallway houses the stairs with handy stairlift to upper hall and access to all rooms.

The newly fitted kitchen has been well designed to offer a range of eye and base level units with wood effect worktops and tasteful tiles. There is an oven with inbuilt grill, stainless steel sink, hob and built in fridge/freezer. Adjoining the kitchen is a separate laundry area leading to a further cupboard housing the boiler.

The tastefully designed and inviting living/dining room is well proportioned, allowing plenty of space to entertain family or friends. The room is flooded with natural light thanks to its triple aspect with French doors leading out onto a small balcony.
