Exebridge is a small, pretty village situated in the beautiful Exe Valley on the Devon/Somerset border. The village has a popular public house, and fishing lakes, and the property is conveniently located within 3 miles of Bampton and 3 miles of Dulverton, both providing excellent local amenities including some lovely shops, pubs, eateries, primary schools, veterinary and doctor surgeries.
