The cabin is timber lined throughout with authentic Larch boarding, double glazed, highly insulated, well heated and suitable for all year-round use. It provides a balance of luxury and comfort while maintaining the character, charm and feel of a true log cabin in a peaceful woodland location.

Onida is fully licensed to let under the Argyll and Bute Short Term Let licensing laws.
On taking ownership, providing you apply for your own letting license within six weeks, then letting can continue until your own license is granted.
The granting of your license will be a formality as Onida already has all the certification required such as 5-year electrical check, PAT testing etc.
I will supply all the documents plus help you through your licensing process if required.

If you desire you can also continue use of my vacation booking agent and there is a local company who supply cleaning and service the cabins.

Very economic monthly charge of only £72 for private water and sewage plus maintenance of the site. There is no council tax to pay if you are renting and register as a business!

In 2022 the hot tub was installed on a completely new large decking area measuring 7 x 5 metres to the side of the cabin. Plus, a pagoda was built to ensure all weather use of the hot tub. The French door decking area was removed and replaced with a smaller decking area with steps down to the hot tub. Next to the decking area is a BBQ area and a fire pit with rustic seating. The French doors and frames were also replaced.

All the furniture and contents are available for a reasonable cash offer.
