We fell in love with our house the moment we stepped through the doors! With the beautiful forest walks a stone throw away and the convenience of Crowthorne Village a short walk away for all the essentials and alongside that, a wonderful friendly and safe neighbourhood around us and an amazing school for the children so close by. It really has been perfect! Inside, the rooms have been wonderfully laid out lovely with a modern and airy feel. We have enjoyed watching sunsets and starry nights on the balcony and early morning walks, spotting deer and red kites in Bucklers Park which is just 5 minutes away. We feel blessed to have so much natural beauty right on our doorstep. We will be sad to be leaving as there is a great community here and we have the best neighbours who will be friends for a long time to come but its time for our next chapter.

This isn't the first time we've had the pleasure of selling a home in Buckler's Park, this is such a popular development and the homes here are superb... This one is no different! Not only is this home impressive looking from the outside, but the internal space is even better. Our seller here has really looked after the house since purchasing it from new a few years ago and it is ready to move straight into. The kitchen at the front is a great specification with full Bosch integrated appliances, solid Silestone worktops and its own breakfast bar. To the back the lounge space is huge with bifolding doors leading straight onto the private rear garden which has just been landscaped with artificial lawn and a great size brand new 10x8 shed at the back. Whilst this is a four bedroom house, the fourth smallest room makes for a perfect study the space with the other two bedrooms on the first floor being large double rooms. The real party piece of this home is that the entire top floor is devoted to an epic master suite which is not only a huge space, but also offers a well fitted en suite bathroom and its own private balcony too. Its also important to note that the seller has had the 26m huge loft space fully boarded with lighting and telescopic ladder so there is stacks of storage. This is a great new community with a lovely feel and could make a fantastic purchase for someone who is looking for something ready to move straight into. We can't wait to take you on a tour!

This is such a fantastic location, Buckler's Park is very desirable with over 100 acres of woodland walks right on your doorstep. There is such a great community here coupled also with a new school and shops being built in the next few years. Although this is right on the bus route, Crowthorne High Street is only at 15 minute walk away where you have all of the local village amenities including a doctors surgery, coffee shops, supermarkets and pubs. There is also a parade of shops even closer on Greenwood Road only a 10 minute walk away for your everyday essentials. You also have some fantastic transport links into London with easy access onto the A329, M3 and M4 from here.
