We believe that you will find it hard to resist, namely its exterior space, with a very well cared garden, 2 swimming pools, one for adults and another for children, with a shower area.
For cooking lovers, there is an area where you have at your disposal a barbecue, a wood oven, a kitchen, as well as a dining area. It is indeed a very attractive space, ideal to organize events with family or friends.
Outside, we still find several leisure corners, namely for sunbathing, reading areas, and a play area for children, with swings. 
If you are a gardening lover, you will have plenty of conditions to practice it.
For the fruit lovers, there are several trees available, namely orange trees, fig trees, apricot trees, romance trees, etc. You have space to create your own vegetable garden, including a greenhouse, and also a chicken coop, in case you want to have your own chickens or ducks.
We still find another warehouse, with space for vehicles, for a tractor and/or agricultural implements.
There is a covered kennel, with generous area.
The farm is all fenced, which allows you in addition to privacy, security. It has 2 entrances.

Thanks to the layout of the rooms and the fact that the house has two entrances, you can, if you wish, dedicate yourself to AL exploration.
There is, at the entrance of the farm, an annex, that you can also explore in AL or if there is need, it can be the house of the caretakers. The same is composed by

- Although there are water connections to the public network, at the moment, the supply is made through the existing borehole in the farm, being an advantage in terms of sustainability.
The accessibility is quite favorable, since it has access to the IP2 only 5 minutes away. The city of Beja and its airport is 25 minutes away. The Algarve at 1h30 and Lisbon at 2h.
The municipal swimming pools are only a few meters away.

About the village of Vidigueira;
Vidigueira is a Portuguese village belonging to the District of Beja, and inserted in the region of Alentejo and the sub-region of Baixo Alentejo , with about 2 660 inhabitants (2021).
It is the seat of the Municipality of Vidigueira which has 316.61 km² of area and 5,176 inhabitants (2021), subdivided into 4 parishes. The municipality is bordered to the north by Portel, to the east by Moura, to the southeast by Serpa, to the south by Beja and to the west by Cuba.
In it you can find everything you need, namely several restaurants, pastry shops, bakeries, grocery stores and supermarkets, bars, schools, gymnasiums, sports pavilion, pharmacies, gas stations, tax office, cooperative wine cellar, shooting, hunting and fishing club, museum, fire department, etc.
