Some words from the current owners

“We have lived at The Trefoil for almost 10 years and have enjoyed our time here enormously and fondly in what can only be described as a friendly, caring and close-knit community. Norton has a village hall where they run a coffee morning once a month for people in the village to get together and discuss local issues or sometimes just for a friendly chat. There is also an extremely pretty church and local pub in the village.

Our children have grown up here, with very happy memories, attending Luddenham Primary School and then Queen Elizabeth Grammar School in Faversham. Not to mention the excellent walks that Norton provides for our love of dogs.

We have made huge improvements in our family home, including an amazing loft conversion that is a great space for our teenage children and their friends to hang out and play pool.

We feel that our location gives us the best of all worlds being in a rural setting but only a 20-minute drive from Canterbury and Whitstable and a 5-minute drive to the local mainline train station.

We hope the future occupiers here can be as happy as we have been here for many years to come.”
