Gillingham Area

Gillingham is a town on the River Medway in the north of the English County of Kent. Together with it's neighbouring towns of Rochester and Chatham it forms a large urban area known as The Medway Towns. Our View

In our opinion, this property would make the most perfect family home. With the location being so close to both local primary and secondary schools, as well as a short walk to the high street, and mainline train station, the location is absolutely perfect. The generous lounge space, great for relaxing, with the additional useable basement room, perfect for a play room. The kitchen diner flowing into the conservatory overlooking the garden is a great space for entertainment with lots of light coming through. A beautiful and spacious master bedroom, with the home also possessing a further four bedrooms. and two well presented bathrooms. It makes perfect fit for a loving family. Boasting the benefit of a driveway for multiple cars, our view is a must view as properties like this are rare to market.

Ideally placed for Gillingham town centre with its mainline station to London and the South East coast and splendid variety of shops. Gillingham sports complex is approximately half a mile distance with its in door heated swimming pool and numerous sporting activities.
