The main bedroom has a shower room en-suite and built-in wardrobes and across the landing is THE most stunning family bathroom with free standing bath and a separate shower.

Interestingly (for some) the Wantage Canal used to run along the back of the garden and the last trace of it is still there and one assumes could be used as a feature. 

Locally, Wantage town centre is just over a mile away and really does offer everything you would expect from a town this size. Waitrose, Sainsburys and a picturesque market square with an abundance of cafes, neighbourhood restaurants and independent shops.
