Abode Student Living is purpose built student accommodation. The building provides a selection of spacious Studios, 1 beds, 2 beds, 3 beds and 4 bed flats. Our tenants safety is our top priority. Abode offers 24 hour on site security and a daytime concierge service. This is great for students who receive a lot of parcels as you will never have to worry about missing a delivery! Our on site security staff are always on site to accept parcels on your behalf as well as ensuring that the building remains secure at all times.

UTILITY COSTS
The Landlord will give a £300 energy contribution per person towards their electricity. There is also a FREE HIGH SPEED WIFI connection.

TENANCY LENGTH AND PAYMENTS
The tenancy agreement is for 52 weeks starting 1st July and ending 30th June.
We offer 50% discounted rent for 8 weeks of the summer period (from 1st July - 26th August) for non - occupancy.

Therefore, the rent payable is EQUIVILANT TO 48 WEEKS OF RENT.

If you can provide a UK based Guarantor then you can pay the rent in four instalments as follows:

1st July 2024 - 12 weeks of rent payable with 8 weeks discounted by 50% for non-occupancy (equivalent to 8 weeks of rent)
23rd September 2024 - 16 weeks of rent payable
6th January 2025 - 16 weeks of rent payable
28th April 2025 - 8 weeks of rent payable

If you are UNABLE TO PROVIDE A UK GUARANTOR, THIS IS NOT A PROBLEM - You will simply need to pay your rent in two instalments as follows.

1st June 2024 - 50% of the annual rent payable
1st September 2024 (or on arrival whichever is sooner) - 50% of the annual rent payable
