Vendor Comment: 'We thoroughly enjoyed living in this secluded flat. Although situated on the edge of Bristol city, it felt so relaxed and quiet. It was a treat to be just on the edge of the huge expanse of Clifton downs where we taught our kids to ride their bikes. The courtyard at the front of the property gets the afternoon/evening sun so we spent lots of time out there in the summer evenings. The situation of the property is walking distance to lovely restaurants and bars, and the city centre. The layout of the flat means that the bedrooms are situated away from each and neither are disturbed by sound. The kitchen is bright and modern, and the lounge/dining area is a nice large space where we enjoyed hosting dinners and gatherings with family and friends. We always found the property to be warm and bright and have lovely memories from living there.'
