Located in the heights of Verbier, in the peaceful Sonalon area, the property is accessible via a staircase connecting the parking area to the chalet.

As you enter the chalet you are met by the living room with vaulted ceiling arranged over the upper floor that is bathed in natural light and invites you to enjoy the breathtaking view of the mountains and glaciers across the valley.

There is a very convivial open plan kitchen and dining space, with large glass doors leading onto the balcony where the full impact of the view is appreciated. A mezzanine accessible from the living room serves as peaceful retreat for reading or watching TV. The entrance hall with guest loo completes the floor.

On the ground floor, a private garden surrounds the chalet on the south and east sides. With its three bedrooms and two bathrooms, the chalet offers spacious accommodation for up to 6 people. To enhance the enjoyment of this chalet, a sauna has been installed on the ground floor for relaxation after an active day.

Vehicle access is guaranteed year-round. The free ski-shuttle for convenient access to the ski slopes is only 200m away. The chalet is sold furnished, "ready-to-move-in."

The property is available for non-Swiss residents and can be acquired as a second home.
