Hey there! We are a young couple, Thai-Nepalese, who just bought this flat and are now looking to find a tenant for one of the double rooms. We both prefer a clean, tidy place and believe in creating a welcoming atmosphere where you'll truly feel at home. We enjoy socialising but also appreciate quiet downtime.

The double bedroom available for rent is furnished and features a double bed, a spacious wardrobe, and a working desk and chair for your flexible work-from-home/study needs. The flat boasts a generous living area, a large balcony perfect for sunny days, and a fully equipped kitchen (incl. dishwasher and washer-dryer). Extra bills would be for 1 Gbps super-fast fibre broadband, council tax, electricity, water, and heating, which would be divided equally among three of us and expecting it to be around £100 per person monthly. Short term lets considered as well. Please note that we would not prefer to have guests staying overnight as the flat is not big enough to service more people and to maintain our space, privacy, and bills, too.

The building also features a beautiful podium garden on the first floor, providing a serene outdoor space visible from your bedroom window. We are seeking a professional/student of similar age who values cleanliness and tidiness and who can appreciate a laid-back atmosphere. We hope to find not just a flatmate but a friend who cares for the place as their own. The room is suitable for flexible work-from-home arrangements but might not work for full-time remote work. Please note that we both prefer a quiet place, so bringing in a lot of friends or partying overnight stays would not be appreciated. There are lovely pubs and cafes just down the road that we recommend for meetups.
