The rustic house is divided into a basement where a large dining room, kitchen, living room, laundry room and garage were planned. On the ground floor there is a living/dining room, kitchen, utility room, study, 3 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, hallways and covered veranda.
On the first and last floor we have 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and hallway.
Internally the property has already been divided, but as it is unfinished there is still the possibility of making any changes.
Initially the project also included a swimming pool.
The area is served by water and electricity.
The house is surrounded by 9 hectares of mostly flat land, in a small part with Mediterranean scrub vegetation. The remaining part of the land has been cleared and 3 hectares are cultivated with around 800 olive trees that are around 12 years old and therefore already in full production.
