The application grants the conversion of three dwellings however our client wishes to keep "The Stables" due to its proximity to Church Farm. The Stables is detached from the other two barns.

Whilst the planning is for two semi-detached barns, there could be scope subject to planning for this to be amended to make one more substantial dwelling.

The barns will each have three parking spaces towards the front of the site and gardens which will take in some wonderful countryside views.

Measurements taken from the drawings on the planning portal show Barn 1 to be 122 SqM and Barn 2 to be 111 SqM. Both barns will offer three bedrooms with en-suites to the master bedrooms.

Kemberton is a small unspoilt village with its own public house/restaurant, church and village hall. The market town of Shifnal is 2 miles distant, Telford 3 miles, Bridgnorth 9 miles, Shrewsbury 15 miles and Wolverhampton/Dudley approximately 15 to 20 miles.

The M54 junction is approximately 3 miles distant connecting onto the M6 and M1 respectively. Railway stations in Telford and Shifnal run services to Wolverhampton, Shrewsbury, Birmingham and London Euston.
