Drury is one of those small, unassuming villages tucked away toward the back of Buckley that a lot of people assume is just another part of the larger town it's attached to. But this village is a little slice of beauty and peace that has a lot to give and doesn't ask for much.

The house we are offering here today holds that standard very well. Rustic in its outward presenting style but spacious and subtle inside. It has space for everything you need and potential to become even better with the slightest of efforts.

On Burntwood Road, just a stone's throw away from the Parrot pub (please don't try this), this house sits just off the main road. Presenting with a classic red brick façade, there is a decent sized front garden with a twin tracked drive capable of holding two cars running up the middle of it. There's a small shed for tools and hiding the bins in, with the addition of a small fence making it an ideal spot for the kids to play in the summer, or adults!

At the head of the drive, you reach the side gate that leads to the rear garden area and the annex building. A longer tarmacked path capable of holding a car should you so wish leads round to the back garden. Optimised for easy maintenance, the lawn is astroturf to save on that regular trimming! Now let's take a look at the main house.

Back to the lounge / ding room and there is a staircase to the, you guessed it, first floor!.

As you climb the stairs, the first bedroom is immediately on your left. Space for a king size bed and some dressers, the large standing wardrobe will deal with all of your large storage needs. With the same soft carpet and eggshell décor throughout, this room is well lit by it's large landscape window and is airy to boot.

The next bedroom is just a smidgen larger, and again has the same standing wardrobe for storage. Equally airy and bright, it's another cozy bedroom to relax in!

Finally we come to the bathroom, and this is a little gem of luxury. Finished in frost-white tiles and a snowflake pattern tiled floor, it comes with clean white fixtures and a bath, and the best of both worlds, there's a luxurious black framed shower cubicle with dainty frosted glass.

The house is in a cozy spot for you to create your dreams and move onto the property market, with room to spread yourself out and live comfortably as well, there's plenty of room for potential.
