Wood effect flooring and blinds to the full length windows are featured throughout and carefully curated furniture, chosen by our Interior Designers combines luxury whilst maximising living space.

Bedrooms have ottoman style queen or king size beds with maximum storage provided both under the bed and in the fitted, mirrored sliding wardrobes.

Bathrooms are fully tiled, have Vitra fittings including dual head showers, electric heated towel rails and mirrored storage cupboards. Our two bedroom apartments feature a main bathroom, with overhead shower, and also benefit from an en suite to the principal bedroom with large shower.

As with all rental properties in the UK we need you to pass reference checks. If you answer 'no' to any of the following questions we will unfortunately not be able to progress your enquiry to live at Verse.

* Do you have a clear credit file (i.e. you've never receive a CCJ)?
* Are you solvent (i.e. you've never been declared bankrupt)?
* Is your credit score over 175? (If you're not sure then use one of the online free credit check websites)
* Do you earn 2.5 x the annual rent value? For example if your monthly rent is £700 you'll need to earn at least £21,000 per year before tax. If you don't earn enough then you may be able to rent using a Guarantor.

Your Guarantor must-
o be a UK homeowner
o have a UK bank account
o earn a minimum of 3 x the annual cost of the property you want to rent
o agree to be your Guarantor and have reference checks carried out on them
