Townhouse in Pollensa wonderfully located on the main pedestrian street of the old town. The property has an attractive, beautifully maintained stone clad façade with large windows to the street and a large south facing patio to the rear of the building. The main hall with high ceilings and double arch gives way to the two living rooms of the house on the right hand side, both with fireplaces, and in front of the house forks, on one side we have an elongated dining room and beyond it an old kitchen with large windows to the terrace that occupies the right side. A staircase in the main hall leads to the first floor where there are five bedrooms and a bathroom. Two large double bedrooms face the front of the house and the three smaller bedrooms and bathroom face the rear. An impressive covered terrace at the rear of the building has views over the rooftops of Pollensa and the Puig de Maria mountain. On the upper floor there is enough space to build 3 more bedrooms. The roof has been restored on the front of the building. There is a small section that could be removed to make a roof terrace at the rear. It would be a wonderful house or a boutique hotel.
