Introduction & Exterior
This superbly presented two-bedroom home in the Brereton area of Rugeley will prove extremely popular to first time buyers, downsizers and those looking to re-join the property market. The property is set away from Buckmaster Way on a communal court, with the house being set back behind a driveway for two cars to park side by side. A slabbed path to the right leads to the front door and continues down the left side of the house to the secure rear garden gate. A strip of turf with shrubbery to the left of the driveway enhances the initial presentation.
The rear garden is a lovely private space for relaxing and entertaining. It begins from the house with a slabbed patio (with gravel edging) offering plenty of room for an outdoor furniture set to be positioned. Beyond the patio is the lawn with raised decking and storage shed at the far end. Surrounding the garden is a tall wooden fence.
Ground Floor
As guests enter the home via the composite front door, they are brought into a hallway with doors to the right for the boiler cupboard and guest WC with wash basin. To the left is an opening to the kitchen, which has a suite featuring an integrated electric oven, four-burner gas hob and overhead extractor fan. The units have spaces for a washing machine (with plumbing) and a fridge freezer. The stainless-steel sink with drainer is positioned in front to the window looking out over the front. It’s worth noting that all external doors and windows are double glazed.
Ahead of the hallway is a door through to the largest room in the house, the lounge with dining space. To the right of the room is the staircase to the first floor. Underneath the staircase has been left open for storage, with the space opposite to the left of the room ideal for a dining table. The available space widens beyond the staircase to be able to place a sofa suite around an entertainment unit. At the rear of the room are two full height windows flanking a set of French doors that open out to the garden patio.
First Floor
As guests make their way upstairs, they arrive at a gallery landing has doors leading off to both bedrooms and the family bathroom. The master bedroom is at the rear of the house and includes a deep storage cupboard to the right of the entry and access to a stylish en suite shower room to the left. The en suite features a tall shower cubicle, pedestal wash basin and toilet. The bedroom itself is a large double with plenty of space to position a king-sized bed and other furniture. Two windows to the rear look out over the garden.
Bedroom two is more of a regular rectangle shape and spans the full width of the house at the front. Much like bedroom one, the second bedroom has two windows allowing in plenty of natural light. Between the two bedrooms is the family bathroom which is another pleasant suite comprising of the bathtub, pedestal wash basin and toilet.
