Our lovely little family flat in Chelsea is available to rent but we want people who will really love it and look after it like it is their own. We love this little flat - it’s in a great location being a quick stroll down to the Kings road, and close to earls court tube and Fulham broadway tube. Plus great bus links.
It’s a semi basement flat so if that’s not what you are wanting, pls don’t ask for a viewing because this is something we can’t change. But if you love the idea of it and when you visit you would like us to add/take away something, we are open to chatting it through. We really want people who will enjoy being there for a few years and love it as their own. We have been private landlords for more than 15 years now and we pride ourselves on having successfully mutually respectful relationships with our tenants.
One of the most wonderful things about this flat is the Garden- a little patio space that is quiet and a charming place to spend summer evenings.
The flat layout is perfect for a couple, especially if you are looking for an extra room to WFH . The larger bedroom leads out to the little patio but the back bedroom (still a good size, fitting a double bed) could be a guest room/home office if needed. There’s a galley kitchen and a fabulous sized bathroom (with powerful shower!)
It’s a really lovely space. Has a great vibe and in a great area, with amazing amenities on the door step- including the new Padel courts ‘beach’ and fitness centre as part of the Earls Court development.
