Directions - From Tavistock town centre proceed between the banks on Drake Road. Follow the road up the hill and under the old viaduct turning left into Redmoor Close. Follow this road around to the right where the property is found towards the top of the cul-de-sac, backing onto the field behind.

Situation - Tavistock is an ancient stannary and market town located on the edge of the Dartmoor National Park.
