Detached property situated on the edge of Repton in a cul-de-sac position overlooking an allotment to the front. Repton can be found in South Derbyshire and is renowned for its historical link to the Vikings as well as the Repton School. Within the village can be found a shop, public houses and other amenities, road links to Willington with access to the A38 and the M1 Motorway with Birmingham. its train station provides Cross Country services to Birmingham, Bristol and beyond.
The property has undergone a scheme of revamping and alteration but requires completion. Some works have been undertaken to the roof space including spray foam insulation.
