This 92 m2 two bedroom flat has recently been renovated and tastefully decorated and is ready to move into. Also the outside windows and doors have been renewed and double glazed with new shutters on the outside that can be operated from the inside. It is located on the second floor of a small apartment complex. Six flats use the same entrance. It is centrally located in Ferragudo: 500 metres from the cosy central square with cafés and restaurants and 500 metres from the beach. The flat can be occupied throughout the year and is very suitable for rental due to its location, within walking distance of the cosy centre and several beaches, and its attractive furnishings.
Parking is possible in front of the door. The front door of the common entrance can be opened from the flat. The entrance with the blue wall tiles radiates a welcome Portuguese atmosphere. The residential complex consists of three floors with on each floor a flat at the front and a flat at the back. The flats are accessed via the bright stairway with wide natural stone stairs. This flat is on the front side of the second floor.

The solid wooden front door opens into the attractive hall where the traditional masonry arches have been preserved. For the entire flat is chosen for an easy to maintain continuous laminate floor with a wood structure.
The hall connects all the rooms. In the middle is the attractive bathroom with a natural stone washbasin on a sideboard, a toilet and a walk-in shower with a striking glass screen in Mondrian style. The flat is not yet equipped with heating which can be realized in various ways. An effective and aesthetic solution is to install electrically heated ceramic wall plates in the various rooms.
