That said, we know plenty of buyers will instantly see the scope to extend or remodel without compromising plot or parking and, as space is such a premium in most homes, this one is a real treat for the imagination!

We particularly love the living room - nearly twice the size of many modern reception rooms, with large windows and French doors with garden views. Directly above this room is the master suite - so impressive that a standard double bed is prone to looking a little lost in the space!

Not many homes have two downstairs loos, but this frees up so many options for the downstairs shower. And, although stairwells aren't usually highlighted, this one is pretty spacious (and we're thinking of easier furniture removals...)
