The village is located in the interior of Stara Planina, 25 minutes from the town of Veliko Tarnovo. A typical Balkan village with a good infrastructure for its terrain with an asphalt road and access to most properties. The village becomes a permanent residence, as well as many people use it as a place for recreation and rest. Nearby is the village of Voneshta Voda, which has two shops and a mineral spring and a rest station with medicinal water. Its infrastructure is very good. There is good internet.
The house is about 150 m2, a two-story building built of stone and bricks with a two-room annex. It is in complete need of repair, as the main house is structurally in very good condition, and the annex needs restoration and construction of new walls. The roof of the main house is in good condition, the bricks need to be replaced, as well as hydro and thermal insulation, and the roof of the annex needs to be completely replaced.
