Description

Vendor Comment: 'I have really enjoyed making this garden flat my home for the last 4.5 years and I am very sad to be leaving it, and the area. I fell in love with the wooden floors and the shutters. It is nice and light and is easy to heat in the winter yet stays pleasantly cool in the summer. The location is perfect. It’s a short walk to the centre of town, direct access to the buzz of the triangle, and it’s a 7-minute walk to the cafes, restaurants and shops in Clifton Village. I really enjoyed running on a Sunday morning to the Downs, Leigh Woods or Ashton Court, stopping for a coffee in the village on the way back (and made easier as the hills are very kind for Bristol!). Being set back from the road and with the bedroom facing the garden means that the flat is very peaceful. The garden is a delight. In the summer it is great for BBQs and for eating dinner outside. My cat particularly enjoyed sunbathing on the wall in the private garden.

A most impressive Grade II listed GARDEN FLAT offers a spacious, well presented interior and an attractive private rear garden. The interior offers a good sized entrance hall with all rooms leading off. A spacious living room to the front of the property looks out into the front courtyard. Bathroom, double bedroom and kitchen which with rear door leading into the garden. Externally there is a communal, mainly paved, front garden area with steps leading down to the front courtyard and front door into the flat. The private rear courtyard garden is laid to patio with steps rising up to a gravelled raised area. An excellent location situated between Clifton Village and Clifton Triangle. We strongly recommend an appointment to view this superb garden flat. NO ONWARD CHAIN.
