Located in the northern part of Lucca, this 18th century villa underwent an important restoration in the 1920s which is largely evident in it's liberty features such as the fine grit floors, the frescoes on the walls and the glass doors of the lounges, but its main feature is the position that allows you to enjoy maximum privacy. The main entrance, facing the garden, opens onto an atrium flanked by the billiard room and a study; on the ground floor there is the living room which is accessed from the outside through a large French window and a large veranda used as a living room. Also on this floor there is a small living room, large kitchen with pantry and laundry room, three bathrooms, a library and a chapel. On the first floor we find 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a living room or study. On the second floor there are three more bedrooms with 3 bathrooms, a wardrobe, a gym and a lounge. In addition to the main villa, this estate comprises four buildings. The most important is a farmhouse of about 550 square meters, easily habitable with its three to be finished apartments of over 120 square meters each. There, two other farmhouses measure approximately 120 and 80 square meters. respectively. Finally there is a 40 sqm lemon garden.
