The Vendor's View - We bought our home off-plan in 2017 at Preston Grange, a small development in the village of Preston. We could not wait to move in, it is a very modern property which offers everything we could wish for.

The village is well-appointed with amenities, including a pub, school, butchers and convenience store. There is a lovely bistro in the garden centre, where we often go for Sunday Lunch. We also enjoy the many picturesque walks through the open countryside that we are fortunate enough to have on the doorstep.

Our home offers plenty of family space, especially for when the children and grandchildren come to stay. We like to spend time in our garden to which we have added many plants and trees, it is a very large space which makes it ideal for entertaining and relaxing. The neighbours are lovely, but not intrusive.

It has been a difficult decision for us to move, but we would like to downsize and move closer to our children and grandchildren.
