This two-storey house is situated in a large village that is about 60 km away from the city of Burgas- the fourth largest town in Bulgaria and one of the most contemporary cities in the country. The village itself is located in the beautiful Balkan Range. One of the famous sea resorts in Bulgaria - Sunny Beach is 100 km away from the village.
The property consists of two storied house spread over the total living area of 120 sq. m., a summer kitchen (20 sq. m.), a parking lot, a large barn at the back of the house and garden vast 1700 sq. m.
Ground floor: Here is disposed a corridor, a bedroom, a living room, place for WC/bathroom.. The walls of the whole house are made of bricks only the first floor walls are with stones. The flooring is cement and wooden on some places. The frames of the windows are wooden in good condition.
First floor: An internal staircase leads to this floor. It consists of large corridor, two bedrooms and a terrace. The flooring here is wooden. The frames of the windows are wooden.
The garden is very well kept and arranged. At the moment is planted with fruit trees, trellis vines and beautiful flowers.
The house structurally is in good condition. It needs refreshment of the plastering on the first floor and the woodworks. Some inner transformations are possible according to the client's taste. It is supplied with electricity, running water (inside and outside the dwelling) and is connected to a septic tank. There is no a telephone landline available at the moment. The road to the house is a good one one, so it is accessible in the whole year.
This village offers the peace and the quiet you have been longing for. There are local shops, cafes, a school, a church, a police station, a health service, a library, a community center and a post office. There is regular bus transport and the village is accessible in all seasons. The area is appropriate for fishing and hunting and as the village is peaceful, it is a great opportunity to retreat from the big city and have a total rest. The village is strategically located because it is disposed close to the new motorway which is now under construction and the main road between Burgas and Sofia is passing through the village.
