The carefully designed surrounding garden, with a variety of native plants, hydrangeas, palm trees, and fruit trees, provides space to enjoy the pool on warmer days.
Upon entering the house, visitors are welcomed by a cozy and inviting atmosphere.
The recurring tones of blue and green throughout the spaces, combined with white, create a comfortable and elegant atmosphere.
The spacious living room and dining room flooded with natural light, with large windows offering panoramic views of Funchal and the ocean, are directly connected to the outside. The stone fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere in the colder months.
Next to the living room is an intimate family room, which can also be used as an office, a more private space also with access to the outside.
Next to the dining room, we find the kitchen, a functional and well-equipped space where residents can prepare their meals, once again enjoying the views and also access to the outside patio, for relaxed dinners with friends and family. The bathroom on this floor is complete.
Upstairs are the three bedrooms, spacious, comfortable, and tastefully decorated.
