This includes access to the indoor heated swimming pool, spa bath, sauna, outdoor swimming pool, and use of sun loungers (where available). Owners also have access to family entertainment venues and can enjoy shows, cabarets, dancing, and other organized events. Exclusive owners parties and events are also held throughout the season.

- Managed Letting Scheme: Some holiday home owners choose to offset the pitch fee cost by participating in the hassle-free managed letting scheme. This allows owners to rent out their holiday home when they are not using it, generating additional income.

- Additional Duties Covered: The pitch fee also covers various other duties and services including; park landscaping and gardening services, refuse disposal, road and drainage maintenance, park street lighting, and park security systems.

- Pitch Fee and Loyalty Discount: The standard pitch fee and lodge pitch fees are available on request.
- Payment Options: Pitch fees are charged on a pro-rata basis from the date of purchase and then annually. You have the option to pay via a monthly direct debit scheme for your convenience.
