The restaurant has a capacity for 65 guests and has direct access from the kitchen and the covered central patio.

On the first floor there are 12 double rooms, all en suite. They are accessed through a corridor that runs along the perimeter of the covered central patio. It consists of 8 double rooms with a double bed and four double rooms with single beds, all of them en suite, with air conditioning, heating and telephone.

On the semi-basement floor there is a huge party room, with capacity for up to 500 people, a bar, toilets and access to the side patio.

The kitchen, of quality and professional standards, meets the needs of the cafeteria, restaurant and party room.
The semi-basement, ground and first floors have elevator service.

At the back of the building, there is parking for 8 cars.
