A few kilometers from the beauties of Lake Trasimeno, more precisely in Poggio Montorio, a majestic farmhouse with land.
The farmhouse, which dates back to 1694, was expertly restored about fifteen years ago, sits on a hill surrounded by a beautiful secular olive grove with incredible view from all sides.


The farmhouse is divided onto two floors and consists in:

a large living-dining room with arches, exposed stone and fantastic fireplace, a spacious kitchen, cellar and bathroom on the ground floor. On this same floor, with independent access, bedroom with private bathroom.
On the first floor, which you can reach internally from a staircase, there are three lovely bright double bedrooms all with a very good size bathroom space; there is also an apartment on this floor and you can also reach it from its own private entrace outside, consisting in a living room with kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom.
Adjacent to the house a dependance with two independent mini apartments.


The land is of approximately one hectare with about 100 century old olive trees with two wells with magical areas from where you can watch the landscape in continuous mutation.


Despite being in this quiet and private location, it takes just a few minutes by car to reach the town of Mugnano, where all the primary and secondary services are located and Lake Trasimeno is only 10 minutes from here. Finally, Perugia is about 25 minutes by car.
