The house was restored about 20 years ago by the current owner. The tower sits in a hamlet of three properties, two accessory buildings and the main house, still owned by the current owner since 1998. The vendor has restored the tower with a passion for detail including cast iron staircase, reclaimed doors, hand fired terracotta floors, stone floors, and wooden panelling and a host of other surprises from the past. The property is 130 square meters and has an excellent location and position.
